For as long as I can remember, my pals have always called me “Snacks.” I love to snack
and have made my own bars for years. In the office,
on the trail, in the mountains or on a road trip, my
snack game never disappoints.
Since I was a little boy growing up in Canada, I could often be found nibbling on homemade trail mix, granola bars and other nutritious and delicious snacks that my mom whipped up herself.
Here I am, searching for snacks
That’s my sister and I, hiking in the Laurentian Mountains
Thanks to my mom,
my sister and I were eating dragon fruit and chia
seeds way before they were cool.
Now as a father living in New England, I’m continuing this family tradition of creating simple, healthy snacks while also trying to enhance our environment one tree at a time.
